The second in our Moon series, this one continues with our three favorites. Citra, Mosaic and Kohatu for days in this one. A huge citrus nose with underlying ripe orange peel, pineapple and mango. Keep an eye out for these ones, releasing every full moon throughout 2021. Each will be a progressively hopped beer building on the last

The name says it all. BBVD is our big bad seasonal stout made with copious amounts of chocolate and roasted malts and topped off with the right amount of hops to make it taste like a chocolate bar au natural. Good to drink now or age it to award winning caliber.

This haze is pillowy-soft from oats and wheat in the grainbill, while sun-showers of hoppiness shine down through the clouds. Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops burst bright with the citrusy pith flavors reminiscent of tropical passion fruit and freshly peeled grapefruit. Keep your head in the clouds!
Fourth Street + CTZ
IPA - New England

Four Points Brewing
Charleroi, PA
For the latest release of our Overhopped House IPA Series, we chose to feature the unsung hero, and often overlooked hop, CTZ. Though CTZ (Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus) has never been featured in Fourth Street’s dry hopping bill, it has always been the recipe’s main whirlpool hop. The addition of CTZ to the always present combo of Citra and Mosaic results in a great blend of Fruity and Dank flavors that we love at 4P.

Dancing Gnome
Pittsburgh, PA
The age old questions. How many to have? This Double IPA packs an absurd amount of hop flavor without being too bold and bitter. A soft, mellow mouthfeel allows the orange zest, grapefruit, lime, and pineapple to punch through. Pine and grass finish this one out, and the biscuit backbone keeps things balanced throughout.

Our eminently crushable house pale ale hopped thoughtfully to evoke sticky mango, candied pineapple, tangerine zest, and pine needles. Equal parts crisp and round on the mouthfeel, finishing fairly dry. Low bitterness, soft and juicy. Light golden and hazy.

Brouwerij Van Steenberge
Ertvelde, Vlaanderen
That's right, our own private label brewed for us by the family-owned Van Steenberge brewery, just outside Ghent, Belgium. Medium body, red color, somewhat fruity nose, malt flavor with a slight lactic taste. Great Stuff! A real thirst quencher and palate cleanser.
