An ode to the unity of malted barley, hops, yeast, water, and the brewer who prudently blends them. Intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas and a clean fruity bitterness work in harmony with the lightly toasted wheat bread flavors derived from the malt.

To commemorate 25 years of brewing excellence, we created Big Yeti, a 13.5% ABV version of our beloved imperial stout.

Polyphonic is the 1st entry in ShuBrew's Harmonic IPA Series, composed of a consonant layering of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Strata hops, and resulting in a delightful counterpoint of citrus, berry, and tropical flavor and aroma. Let the sweet music begin!

We created this Winter IPA to toast hop growers around the world for another successful harvest. This storm of hoppy citrus and pine notes is a bright reminder the end of the Hop Cycle is only the beginning. #4 of 4 in our Hop Cycle seasonal series.

“This collaboration with Sloop Brewing Company of East Fishkill, NY is the next offering in the Stowe-style series: a contemporary take on the traditional unfiltered lagers of Franconia, Germany. Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and oars, this beer is dry-hopped with American Centennial and New Zealand Nectaron and Superdelic hops, and fermented with a thiolized lager yeast strain which accentuates bright and intense notes of tropical fruit, citrus rind, white grape, and guava.

An American Stout brewed with Black Strap Molasses and Brown Sugar - robust and roasty with notes of dark chocolate, and black coffee. Extremely dark, balanced with light sweetness, and a modest American hop flavor.

An upgraded version of our DoppelBock, this has the same caramel, toffee and raisin with an extra added kick of Maple Syrup and Madagascar Vanilla beans. Trending more to a dessert beer, but a nice sipper either way

New name for the Archibald's Amber

It's time! The Mad Elf is here with its nuanced blend of sweet and tart cherries, Pennsylvania honey, chocolate malt and a hint of mischief. The essence of this legendary holiday ale, along with its ruby red glow, is born from five varieties of tree-ripened cherries. Local wildflower honey sweetens the celebration, and a spicy Belgian yeast adds subtle notes of cinnamon, clove and allspice. It’s not the holidays until you’ve had your first Mad Elf.

Our dream begins with open-top fermentation. At high krausen, a foamy, rocky yeast head crests the sides of the fermenter releasing notes of black pepper and spicy clove. Unfiltered and cloudy with yeast, it’s slightly tart and downright refreshing.

That's right, our own private label brewed for us by the family-owned Van Steenberge brewery, just outside Ghent, Belgium. Medium body, red color, somewhat fruity nose, malt flavor with a slight lactic taste. Great Stuff! A real thirst quencher and palate cleanser.
